As a Deputy Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities :
- Coordinate with the Head of the Deposit the management of stock, equipment, daily work of the Deposit, supervision of subcontracted workers;
- Coordinate with the Head of the Deposit the launching of gains and losses in the Petrostock system, ensuring that it is within the maximum allowable parameters, according to the implementation of procedures and work instructions;
SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSEQ)
- Coordinate monthly security meetings with the Head of the Deposit and follow up on corrective actions, ensure the issuance of minutes and reports for later sending the direction of logistics;
- Ensure the implementation of risk assessments and emergency exercises and ensure their implementation at the Mine terminal;
STOCK MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCT MOVEMENT
- Monitor the bulk stock at the terminal on a daily basis (SAP & Petrostock) and check the tank registration book / daily reconciliation of the tanks, make a daily assessment of stock position and submit the direction of operations;
- Investigate / analyze and present the daily results of losses verified at the terminal to the Head of the Deposit and investigate product variations in the tanks;
- Ensure that the D + 1 stock reports are sent to the central management and ensure that temperatures are updated at Petrostock;
- Ensure monthly update of densities;
- Ensure that trucks loaded and documents issued with updated temperature and density;
- Ensure that reconciliation with the customer is made;
- Ensure the month closes until the first day of each month and send the central management.
MAINTENANCE
- Coordinate with the Head of the Deposit the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment;
- Periodically send a maintenance report to the superior;
- Supervise the stock of parts and spare parts;
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Ensure that there is good customer service regarding deliveries and respond promptly to complaints that are made with the fuel tank.
