Description
Role purpose: To support businesses in improving processes, products, services and software through data analysis and also determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Assist and support in the gathering, identifying and documenting of business requirements;
• Arrange and assist with facilitation of project workshops;
• Assist and support of compiling and executing of test cases;
• Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
• Develops policies, procedures, business processes and management practices to support management functions and improve efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery

• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Self-driven towards achieving goals;
• Communication skills (both written & verbal) across various levels;
• Knowledge of Project Management Principles;
• Ability to work on multiple projects within the project timeframes;
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.);
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Systems Technology;
